Furniture Warranty
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects relating to our wood structures for 2 years and our metal structures for life (parts only as long as still available on the market). Cushion, padding, as well as vinyl upholstery, are guaranteed for a period of 3 years against manufacturing defects. Fading or color changes and tears resulting from misuse or abuse are not covered under this warranty. All motors (electrical components, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, junction boxes) are covered by a two-year warranty.

Warranty for specialized devices and equipment
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects for a period of two years or 4000 hours. Please refer to your instruction manual for warranty information regarding your accessories, as warranties may vary depending on the device or part.

Limitations
This warranty does not cover damages that occur during installation.

This warranty does not cover damages incurred during delivery.

This warranty does not cover charges for repairs resulting from improper voltage supply, damage or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or unauthorized modification.

Repairs must be performed exclusively by Silhouet-Tone. Any repairs made or any replacement part provided under this warranty will not extend the duration of the original warranty period.

Products must be returned in original packaging or in a new box, with an RMA number supplied by Silhouet-Tone Customer service. The customer is responsible for the correct repackaging of products when returned to ensure damage does not occur during shipment (any damage resulting of that negligence will be the client’s responsibility).All products must be received within 30 days from the day the RMA was issued. Transportation and repacking fees are not considered under the warranty terms and are payable by the client. Returns may be subject to a 20% handling or restocking fee and transport fee. Silhouet-Tone reserves the right to refuse returns if the reason is unsatisfactory. Without an RMA number, all merchandise is returned to the sender at his/her expense.

All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order. Transport is by ground (standard).

At the client’s expense orders can be shipped by air.

Silhouet-Tone Verified and CertifiedOur Silhouet-Tone Verified and Certified equipment program was created to give buyers looking for more affordable options, an opportunity to purchase Silhouet-Tone equipment with total peace of mind. Under this program, each piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected at the factory then certified. Each device or piece of equipment sold under this program therefore benefits from the same warranty as any new product.

Silhouet-Tone is committed to providing the best education for estheticians and spa professionals. Some of our specialized equipment devices are sold with on-site training (within the continental United States), please refer to your account representative or our main headquarters for information about which equipment this includes.

Trainings are available to clients who purchase from a third-party, but costs are associated with these services.

Phone support, Skype messaging, and video trainings are also available in many cases.

If for any reason you find that your product is not functioning correctly, Silhouet-Tone USA offers troubleshooting support aimed at helping consumers evaluate the problem with a knowledgeable representative. Employing a systematic approach, our service department will help identify the root of the issue. In many cases, an easy solution can be found to restore your equipment without major repairs. If our technical support agent is not able to assist you in restoring the product, our service department will take charge of your repair.

Silhouet-Tone USA provides repair services for all of the United States. Customers will receive explicit instructions for returning items for repairs. Our service department will diagnose and resolve all existing issues, test the product, and return the item back in a timely fashion. All service orders will be completed free of charge for items covered under warranty, however out of warranty service is also available to you. Contact us for more information.

Loaner equipment is available for specialized equipment devices with an active warranty. Specialized equipment purchased through a distributor, second-hand, or through any third party vendor are not covered under the Silhouet-Tone loaner program. Please refer inquiries to your seller for more information. We do not currently offer loaners for furniture or esthetic essentials. If you have questions regarding your eligibility for loaner equipment, please contact your account representative or the Silhouet-Tone USA head office.

Silhouet-Tone USA understands that your order represents a need for your business. With this in mind, our shipping department strives to ensure that you never have to go without the items you require. This is why parcel orders received by 12:45 EST will ship the next business day. Orders can ship only to a non-P.O. Box address in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. -Parcel packages will be delivered via UPS. Applicable shipping options will be offered to you at the time of purchase. -Freight orders : Some items can take no longer to arrive because of production delays and shipping terms. Please contact us for a quote and lead time on freight items. Tracking information is also available upon request.

Our spa beds ship standard LTL (less than truckload)

All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

This will be a standard-only delivery (not a white glove delivery). It will be helpful to have a dolly, a box cutter, and someone to help you. This is delivered by one driver, who will push the bed with a pallet jack. If anything is in his way such as a step, the shipment will be left at the step. If the driver can push it through the door, it will be left there. Deliveries do not include entering your spa bed into the room (only through the first door). If the bed doesn’t fit through the door, your spa bed will be left outside. Customer is responsible for disposing of the box and pallet.

Before you sign the delivery receipt, please walk around each box and make sure there are no obvious signs of damage to the bed(s) that you can see through the box such as large gaping holes. If there is, please call your sales representative immediately, take pictures, and sign the delivery receipt with as many details as possible about the damage in-question, but do not refuse the shipment. We will fix any issues on-site at your location. We are responsible for any damages during delivery, but if the receipt only has your signature and no comments on the damage(s) in-question, we will be unable to file a claim with the carrier.

The shipping address cannot be changed mid-delivery without a re-consignment fee from the carrier, which you would be billed for.

The shipment cannot be refused or sent back without a redelivery fee from the carrier, which you would be billed for, please review your quote again to make sure the delivery address is correct. 

Your shipment must be delivered within 48 hours of the delivering terminal receiving it, or you will be charged storage fees.
