Use
Take about 40 ml of oil for the whole body.
Apply the oil with smoothing and light stroking movements. Proceed to the body massage.
Suggestions / Precautions
Possibility to heat the oil to a temperature of 40°C (maximum), to preserve its cosmetic qualities.
Possibility to add 5 drops of essential oil of your choice to personalize the care and amplify the actions and virtues.
